Completely professional and worry free contractor. I wish all the contractors I dealt with were nearly as easy to work with. From start to finish not only did he do EXACTLY what he said but he went out of his way to help myself and my wife understand what was going on and put us at ease. Made a point to explain the system and how it works to use both without jargon or being condescending. We've had the system for better than a year now without as much as a hiccup. Cool as can be in the summer and all the heat we could stand during the winter. And, we�¢??re saving huge numbers off our previous energy bill. By my estimates our system will pay for itself within 3 years AND that is if energy prices remain constant. I opted for the annual service plan that provides filter changes as well as annual inspections and we couldn�¢??t be happier. Absolutely a trouble free experience. Geothermal systems are the best kept secrets on LI. The reactions I get when I discuss our system range from; .. I'm amazed to you are kidding. Excellent job from start to finish. Climatemaster 5-ton and 3-ton geo design and installation in new construction, blower door test, HERS rating, Energy-Star certification, and tax-rebate paperwork. The system is now 2 years old and has had zero problems. Very quiet operation. My house all electric (no gas/oil) so LIPA gives me a cheaper rate. I use the A/C all summer and like it warm in the winter since I work from home. Average monthly electric is $451 for a 3800 sq ft house. That's $5412 annually and no other oil/gas bills!
